The position 

As an Associate in Patient Support Solutions Quality & Safety, you will: 

  • Understand PSS operations, including business rules, SOPs, systems (CRM, Safety Intake, dashboards), exception processes, workflows, training, and scripting. 

  • Support accurate identification and reporting of adverse events and product technical complaints in compliance with FDA and Novo Nordisk requirements; review vendor-submitted safety data for accuracy. 

  • Assist with customer experience initiatives, including auditing, benchmarking, call monitoring, and supporting standardisation across Patient Support Programmes. 

  • Support tracking of vendor performance, deviation monitoring, and implementation of CAPAs; help communicate quality metrics and action plans to leadership. 

  • Contribute to quality and safety projects, including automation and technical enhancements, collaborate with IT and Patient Safety, and participate in call calibrations with feedback input.

 

Qualifications 

We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required. At least 1 year of experience in operations, QA, call center, compliance, or project management; pharmaceutical or healthcare experience preferred. 

  • Understanding of regulatory requirements related to patient safety, pharmacovigilance, and pharmaceutical operations. Strong commitment to compliance, privacy, and quality standards in handling patient and customer information. 

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with high attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality. 

  • Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines, execute tasks on time, and proactively streamline operational processes. 

  • Intermediate proficiency with Windows, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required.
