Position:
The Senior HRBP & Development Manager will deliver value to the business by understanding the priorities and applying relevant P&O expertise, develop core capabilities for the current and future challenges of the organization and create a purpose-driven and innovative culture engaging and retaining highly talented people.
Responsibilities:
- Align HR strategies with business goals and objectives to support overall organizational success. Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal policies, and provide guidance on legal issues
- Utilize HR data and analytics to provide insights and support decision-making related to workforce planning, retention, and talent management. Also ensure a trusted advisory and coaching to the leaders, having participation in relevant people and business decisions.
- Handle employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and prove guidance to managers on P&O policies and procedures.
- Lead together with the managers a diverse work environment where employees are free to perform their best version. Enhance a culture of transparency and respect based on the NN Way behaviors.
- Implement action plans related to internal and external surveys, and other specific opportunities for improvement.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and development by supporting the leaders to implement individual development plans across the organization, ensuring relevant and game changing actions to accelerate high potential talent growth and boost the pipeline for key positions.
- Design and implement organizational development strategies that drive business agility, innovation, and resilience.
- Lead leadership development programs, including assessment centers, executive coaching, and succession planning for key positions.
- Establish a comprehensive learning and development (L&D) strategy aligned with current and future business needs.
- Measure the impact of development initiatives through clear KPIs and people analytics tools.
- Promote a culture of continuous feedback, collaborative learning, and professional growth.
- Identify and close critical capability gaps through upskilling and reskilling programs.
- Collaborate with business leaders to design effective organizational structures and change management processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related
- Complementary studies or specializations in HR matters
- Fluency in English- Advanced level is required
- Minimum 8 years of experience in HR positions and specific experience as HRBP and Talent development.
- Experience in data analytics, employment law and compliance, organizational development, strategic HR planning, and organizational design.
- Strong communication and influence skills, adaptability, emotional intelligence, change management, conflict resolution and negotiation, collaboration, and relationship building.
