The Position
As a Senior Analyst- Sponsorship Operations at Novo Nordisk, you will:

Support North Americas Operations Ethics & Compliance Department’s Corporate Sponsorships engagement process, including reviewing sponsorship requests, advising business in best practices of engagement with nonprofits, and performing or assisting with compliance review in identification/mitigation of risk of each sponsorship case.

Implement and execute the Ethics & Compliance Corporate Sponsorships processes, including assisting users with entry and performing system admin activities, tracking of requests for compliance and trend analyses, and Group Mailbox queries.

Act independently to understand relevant data, NN data sources, NN policies and procedures, and perform comprehensive data quality reviews and remediation of incomplete and/or incorrect data, mainly within the Sponsorship Approval system.

Work directly with North Americas Operation’s employees in the field & home office as well as some Global stakeholders to ensure that they are entering their sponsorship requests in an effective, timely and ethical manner.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related fields preferred; certifications are a plus.

2-4 years of relevant experience in IT customer-facing roles, with preference for experience in finance, workflow systems, healthcare, and compliance.

Advanced proficiency in English.

Strong communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization.

Ability to maintain confidentiality, uphold ethical standards, and work well in a collaborative, proactive team environment with strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
About the Department
This position will be based in GBS Mexico, working directly with the North Americas Operations team in the United States. Our department ensures the organisation complies with the legal and regulatory requirements of the countries in which it operates. We provide legal counsel and support in areas related to corporate law, compliance, ethics, and more. Our team is dedicated to ensuring that Novo Nordisk's products and business activities are conducted ethically and in compliance with relevant regulations, laws, and standards. We foster a collaborative and proactive environment where compliance and ethics are ingrained in our decision-making processes.
