Security Head

The Position 

As the Head of Security, you will: 

• Implement and maintain end-to-end product and supply chain security measures, including incident investigations and risk assessments. 

• Monitor and combat illicit pharmaceutical activities by supporting brand protection efforts and collaborating with law enforcement. 

• Oversee physical and people security at local sites, including audits, system monitoring, and event/travel security support. 

• Lead security awareness initiatives through training sessions and cross-functional collaboration. 

• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to align on security strategies and ensure compliance with global standards. 

Qualifications 

We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of experience in security, ideally with exposure to brand protection, stakeholder management, and the pharmaceutical industry. 

• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills, capable of engaging at all organizational levels and providing crisis management support. 

• Proactive, results-oriented mindset with the ability to prioritize effectively in fast-paced and ambiguous environments. 

• High integrity, strong team spirit, and proven ability to manage third-party vendors and cross-functional relationships. 

• Knowledge in areas such as threat intelligence, incident response, risk assessment, network security, and compliance with security frameworks is a plus.
