Your new role

As an RWE and HEOR Project Coordinator, you will coordinate RWE and HEOR study execution processes, including contracting, study kickoff, protocol documentation, study conduct, report completion, publication activities, and study closure. Some of your main responsibilities will include:

· Liaise with primary investigators (PIs), vendors, contracting, and finance teams to manage and monitor contract progression and completion.

· Schedule and project manage study kick-off meetings and results read-out meetings with partners and vendors.

· Assist in protocol development, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with relevant SOPs.

· Manage study/project milestones, ensuring timely updates and effective cross-functional communication. Participate in the development of project-related documentation, including timelines, status reports, and project plans.

· Support report reviews, slide preparation, and publication timeline management.

· Introduce and implement Program Management Best Practices (PMBPs) to enhance project efficiency.

· Support special projects and strategic initiatives aligned with organisational goals and strategy.

Located in Mexico, you will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment, working alongside talented colleagues to make a meaningful difference in healthcare and life sciences.

 

Your Skills and Qualifications

Need to have:

· A university degree in business, healthcare, or related fields.

· 2-4 years of experience in healthcare, life sciences, or the pharmaceutical industry, including 2 years in study project management.

· Experience providing study support to primary investigators.

· Experience with contracting, invoice, and budget management as well as stakeholder management and metrics development

· Fluent in English.

Nice to have:

· Knowledge of project management software and xperience in Real World Evidence (RWE).
