Position:

The Project Office Manager is a key role in the organization that drives strategic projects across different functions and regions. The Project Manager works closely with senior management, stakeholders, and project teams to ensure alignment, communication, and delivery of project objectives and outcomes.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with Leadership team on matters related to business, including strategy, organizational development, and communication.
  • Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure alignment between projects and affiliate’s strategy/Vision.
  • Facilitate communication and coordination among team members, ensuring that everyone is aligned with project goals and timelines.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for executive review, including data analysis and performance metrics
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, as well as financial regulations and legislation.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 6 years of experience in project management. Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is an asset
  • Fluency in English- Advanced level is required
  • Previous experience in process mapping.
  • high degree of stakeholder management is required.
  • Communication and agile skills, adaptability.
