Are you passionate about marketing and strategy? Do you have experience in the pharmaceutical industry and want to make a difference in the lives of patients? If so, we are looking for a Product Manager to join our marketing team in Mexico City.
Your new role
As a Product Manager at Novo Nordisk, you will lead the cross-functional matrix team in delivering the Diabetes Cardiometabolic portfolio strategy in alignment with the patient journey, developing and implementing a strategic marketing plan to ensure excellence in execution and strong business impact. Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Identify business opportunities and threats through market analysis.
- Create innovative and efficient promotional and sales tools.
- Establish and develop strong relationships with KOLs and KDMs.
- Define and coordinate strategic CME events and collaborate with medical societies.
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring accuracy and efficient investment, as well as define KPIs to track performance and sales team implementation.
- Collaborate with the medical area to deliver best-in-class CME and support optimal training with the training area.
- Ensure accurate forecasting and coordinate periodic communication with the sales force to ensure strategic implementation.

The team thrives in a fast-paced and innovative environment, working together to deliver impactful strategies and solutions for the Diabetes Cardiometabolic portfolio.
Your skills and qualifications
We are looking for a candidate who possesses:
Need to have:
- A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related areas.
- 4–6 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with at least 2 years of experience in product management positions.
- Experience in the public segment.
- Fluent/advanced English proficiency.
- Experience as a people manager.
Nice to have: - Experience in the therapeutic areas of diabetes, cardiometabolic, or cardiovascular.
