The position 

As a Procurement Coordinator at Novo Nordisk, you will: 

  • Develop and implement acquisition strategies to optimize savings and efficiency. 

  • Negotiate supplier contracts to secure the best terms, while managing supplier relationships. 

  • Conduct RFx sourcing analysis and spend data reviews to support business decisions. 

  • Manage the procurement process from supplier selection to price analysis and proposal execution. 

  • Ensure compliance with procurement processes, supplier evaluations, and ERP system adherence, while providing day-to-day support to stakeholders. 

 

Qualifications 

We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications: 

  • 6+ years of experience in Indirect Procurement, preferably in the Pharmaceutical industry. 

  • 4+ years leading projects, with strong analytical, quantitative, and communication skills; proactive and results-driven. 

  • Expertise in sourcing (7-step process, e-auctions) and negotiation, with experience using procurement CRMs like Coupa, Ariba, or Oracle. 

  • Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish, enabling effective cross-functional collaboration. 

  • Experience with SAP is a plus.
