Are you passionate about turning data into insights and ensuring financial accuracy in people-related processes? We are looking for a highly analytical and data-driven P&O Analyst to join our team.

Your new department

You will be part of the People & Organization team, working at the intersection of HR and Finance. The team is responsible for enabling data-driven decision-making across people-related investments, ensuring financial accuracy in payroll and benefits, and driving transparency in budget management. You will collaborate closely with Finance (F&O) and key stakeholders across the business to ensure alignment between people strategy and financial performance.

 

Your new role

This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate People & Organization budget management as well as supporting payroll processes from a financial and analytical perspective. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a strong numerical mindset, hands-on payroll experience, and exposure to financial controlling or data analysis.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Manage and control the P&O budget, including payroll expenses, ensuring accuracy and proper financial tracking.
  • Monitor and analyze budget variances, identifying trends, risks, and cost optimization opportunities.
  • Prepare monthly reports with insights and actionable recommendations for leadership.
  • Support payroll processes, including validation, reconciliation, and coordination with external providers.
  • Ensure accurate reconciliation between SAP and payroll systems (e.g., salaries, cost centers, job data).
  • Support financial operations such as purchase orders, accounting alignment, and mobility/expatriate cost tracking.

 

What we are looking for

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in payroll management.
  • Experience in budget control, financial analysis, or similar roles.
  • Exposure to controlling activities (e.g., Junior Controller or similar).

Technical skills:

  • Strong analytical and numerical capabilities.
  • Advanced Excel and experience working with data analytics tools.
  • Solid understanding of accounting and reconciliation processes.

Soft skills:

  • Data-driven mindset and results orientation.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to translate data into clear insights for stakeholders.

Language: Advanced English (mandatory).
