The position:

The Patient Support Program Manager is responsible for executing and supporting strategies related to value-added services to patients. It collaborates with the Market Access, Biopharma and Public Affairs areas to propose and promote actions that can improve the treatment conditions of patients living with hemophilia. Responsible for implementing home delivery programs in the different institutions that require it and creates, together with them, educational programs that contribute to patient adherence to their treatment.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement a home delivery program for haemophilia.
  • Establishes contact with the authorities of the interested hospitals to start their incorporation into the program.
  • Participates in the design and implementation of Biopharma strategies.
  • Strong business relationships with relevant stakeholders.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Health or Administrative Sciences.
  • Desirable specialization in the treatment and management of chronic diseases.
  • Experience in Patient Support Programs.
  • Experience in managing and organizing teams.
  • High level of English language, read, written and conversation.
  • Leading & coaching people skills.
