The position
As a Medical Excellence Operations Coordinator, you will:
- Administrative support to Medical Affairs to ensure high level planning and execution of Medical Operations.
-Propose process improvements to simplify and facilitate the medical operations
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures and propose process improvements.
- Track and report the progress of KPIs related to agreements, speakers, and promotional materials.
- Coordinate the activities & projects of medical excellence
Qualifications
We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:
- A degree in Business or Life Sciences.
- Post-graduate or demonstrated training in project management.
- Minimum of 3 years of cross-functional industry experience.
- Proven experience in project management and process automation with demonstrated results.
- Advance and fluid English speaking and written.
