IT Tester

The Position 

As an IT Tester at Novo Nordisk, you will: 

• Support test documentation and execution by assisting IT and Line of Business (LoB) stakeholders in managing requirements, user stories, test plans, and reports using tools like Azure DevOps. 

• Ensure quality and traceability by documenting test activities, enforcing entry/exit criteria, and maintaining alignment between requirements and test outcomes. 

• Identify and track defects, collaborating with project teams and vendors to triage, troubleshoot, and resolve issues during various test phases. 

• Apply diverse testing methods, including functional, regression, integration, and performance testing, to validate application functionality and performance. 

• Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying cross-functional opportunities and risks and supporting knowledge sharing across teams. 

Qualifications 

We are looking for a candidate who meets the following criteria: 

• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 

• 1–3 years of experience in process improvement, stakeholder management, data analysis, system implementation, and testing. 

• Advanced English proficiency. 

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently, collaborate across teams, and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment. 

• Desirable experience using Azure DevOps (ADO) and Jira.
