We are looking for a HEOR Manager to join our growing team in Mexico City. In this role, you will play a critical part in accelerating the generation, synthesis, and communication of real-world evidence (RWE) to support strategic decision-making across global stakeholders.

The position
As a HEOR Manager, you will support the USO Clinical Data Science & Evidence (CDSE) team, working closely with Therapeutic Area Leads, internal stakeholders, and external vendors to drive evidence-based insights.
You will operate in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, combining analytical work with project management responsibilities.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Evidence synthesis & insights generation
- Conduct systematic and rapid literature reviews (SLRs) to support evidence synthesis
- Analyze and translate data into clear, actionable insights
- Identify evidence gaps and support development of strategic recommendations
Communication & deliverables
- Develop high-quality slide decks, reports, and stakeholder-facing materials
- Support evidence dissemination across Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Commercial teams
- Adapt content to different audiences (scientific and non-scientific)
Project management & coordination
- Drive end-to-end ownership of deliverables, timelines, and milestones
- Coordinate across cross-functional teams and vendors
- Maintain and update systems, repositories, and documentation related to evidence packages
Stakeholder collaboration
- Collaborate with US-based and global teams on ongoing projects
- Support RWE studies and publication processes (reviewing abstracts, manuscripts, etc.)
- Engage with multiple stakeholders, ensuring alignment and timely delivery
This role is a balanced mix of hands-on analytical work and project coordination.
What we are looking for
Must-have qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field (e.g., Public Health, Pharmacy, Epidemiology)
- 2–4+ years of relevant experience in pharma, healthcare, payer, or consulting
- Exposure to Clinical Research, Real-World Evidence (RWE), or HEOR-related activities
- Experience supporting or conducting systematic literature reviews (SLRs)
- Strong ability to analyze and synthesize complex information into clear outputs
- Deep understanding of publication processes (Abstracts, posters, manuscripts. Congress and journals submissions)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
Nice-to-have
- Master’s degree in a relevant field
- Exposure to HEOR / pharmacoeconomic modeling
- Experience working with US healthcare system or global stakeholders
- Knowledge of:
- Patient-centered outcomes / patient experience research
- Survey methodology or qualitative health research
- Experience working with cross-cultural and global teams
