Your new role
As the Digital Content Team Lead, you will:

Lead and develop the content management team, providing guidance, feedback, and support to achieve customer experience (CX) and organisational goals.

Oversee digital content platforms (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager), manage project timelines, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Ensure compliance with best practices, market needs, and validated technical solutions, while managing budgets for new and existing digital capabilities.

Support content production within the Content Supply Chain, ensuring effective execution and continuous improvement of platform processes.

Collaborate with stakeholders to maximise the capabilities of content management systems, keeping the team informed of features and best practices for efficient delivery.
Your new department
Located in the vibrant and bustling GBS Mexico City, you will be part of a fast-paced and supportive environment where your contributions will make a tangible impact. This team handles end-to-end content activities, including planning, production, management, and optimisation. As a strategic partner, you will work closely with internal and external teams to deliver digital projects aligned with brand strategy and business objectives. The department thrives on innovation, continuous improvement, and delivering measurable results.
Your skills and qualifications
We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, IT, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.

Minimum 5 - 6 years of progressive experience in digital content management, marketing, or related fields, with proven omni-channel program execution and content supply chain expertise.

Strong knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager and other Adobe products, content workflows, digital marketing technologies, and AI metadata tagging solutions (e.g., Adobe Sensei).

Demonstrated leadership and 2–3 years of people management experience, with exceptional project management, budget oversight, and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Strategic thinker with a track record of innovative solutions, measurable results, and adherence to regulatory, compliance, and ethical standards.
