About the Role

As part of our Clinical Data Science & Evidence (CDSE) organization, we are looking for a Project Coordinator to support operational excellence and strategic initiatives across the function.

In this role, you will work closely with the Associate Director of CDSE Operations, acting as a key partner to ensure smooth execution of projects, improved processes, and effective stakeholder collaboration across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

You will play a critical role in enabling CDSE operations through:

  • Supporting the execution of the Evidence & Insights Generation Plan (EIGP), including coordination of inputs, editorial support, and delivery of presentations
  • Coordinating internal and external communications, including CDSE newsletters and training initiatives
  • Supporting the development and maintenance of KPIs and dashboards to support business decision-making
  • Driving process improvements and project management best practices across the team
  • Supporting research governance processes, contributing to standardization, documentation, and audit readiness
  • Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., Market Access, Legal, Finance, IT) to ensure alignment and execution of key initiatives
  • Preparing and coordinating department meetings, ensuring follow-ups on agreed action items
  • Supporting the creation and maintenance of SharePoint sites and operational tools

 

Qualifications

Must-have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, or a related field
  • 3–4 years of experience in project coordination or project management
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare, life sciences, or the pharmaceutical industry
  • Strong knowledge of project management principles and methodologies
  • Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and managing multiple priorities
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail
  • Experience working with data, KPIs, or reporting tools
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Fluent in English

 

Nice-to-have

  • Experience in Medical Affairs, Data Science, Market Access, or Real-World Evidence (RWE)
  • Exposure to research governance or research administration processes
  • Experience with project management tools or platforms
  • Knowledge of Power BI or dashboarding tools
  • PMP certification or equivalent methodology training
  • Master’s degree in a healthcare-related field
