The Position
As a Cardiometabolic Medical Scientific Liaison at Novo Nordisk, you will:

Build and continuously update scientific and medical knowledge across Novo Nordisk’s portfolio, including monitoring the competitor landscape and generating insights.

Engage with internal and external stakeholders to apply clinical expertise, deliver scientific exchange, and support improved patient outcomes through tailored value-added solutions.

Identify and collaborate with KOLs, HCPs, and research sites to share relevant data, support investigator-initiated studies, and maintain strong professional relationships.

Support internal teams (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Clinical Operations) through training, medical information, and guidance at events, symposia, and advisory boards.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, contribute to pharmacovigilance reporting, and support clinical trials through investigator engagement and site follow-up.
Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate who can bring the following to the table:

Medical Degree is a must. Specialties such as Nephrology, Nutrition, Cardiology, Diabetology, or Internal Medicine are highly valued.

Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in cardiometabolic care.

Previous experience as a Medical Advisor in the pharmaceutical industry, with strong knowledge of the healthcare system and cardiometabolic diseases.

Advanced level of English.

Strong interpersonal skills including teamwork, communication and influence, high adaptability and flexibility to navigate change in dynamic and collaborative environments; availability to travel up to 40% of the time.

Based in Buenos Aires, you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to advancing Novo Nordisk’s mission of improving patient outcomes. Our work is rooted in deep biological and molecular disease understanding, with a focus on developing innovative medicines. From designing and conducting ADME (absorption, distribution, metabolism, and excretion) research to determining optimal and safe dosage forms, our team is at the forefront of pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics research.
