We’re looking for someone to lead our exciting global projects which have significant impact on our business in Japan.


You’ll closely work with the stakeholders from both global office and Japanese management, as Japan is a region of itself (along side of APAC) .



Key Responsibility


•Manage the implementation activities of the Distribution Optimization Project in Japan based on the agreed implementation plans, timeline and budget;

•Implement new warehouse set-up in Japan

•Value Chain Mapping

•S&OP Process

•And other projects



The Position


•Plan and drive the implementation of distribution optimization project in Japan and manage the implementation plan activities day-by-day in accordance with project plans and work packages (process, IT & analytics, physical change, organization & training, communications, documentations)


•Drive close collaboration between stakeholders in and across affiliates and global to embed the cultural change of the new way of thinking supply value chain.


•Support driving SC performance across affiliates and Product & Supply site and independently analyse and suggest potential areas of improvement 


•Seek and Drive Supply Chain optimization by collaborating our production site in Fukushima and/or wholesalers.




Bachelor’s degree required

At least 3 years of experience in Supply Chain field

Project management experience for Supply Chain (Pharmaceutical/Food industry is preferred)

3 – 5 years of commercial experience in the pharmaceutical industry, especially diabetic oral drug market, is preferred.


Personal skills:

Excellent organizational, project management (Documented PM skill) and time management skills,

Good analytical and strategic skills

Great communication & social skills; strong presentation skills

Good English skills, written and verbal

Fluent in Japanese
