About the department
You will join the Cardiometabolic Marketing Division, Omni Channel Department, Social and Digital CoE group at Novo Nordisk. Our department is dedicated to driving the Omni Channel strategy for our cardiometabolic portfolio. The position
As the Manager of Social and Digital CoE Group, you will be the media activation lead for disease awareness campaign, as well as develop and implement digital media strategies to increase disease awareness among target audiences. You will act as the Single Point of Contact between the company and external media agencies. You also need to support in media platform management, campaign launch and day-to-day performance monitoring for optimization. As the point of contact, you will work closely with global team to lead localization of media activations. Other role expectations are as follows but is not limited to:
- Media activation KPI setup which is linked to marketing objective.
- Performance review to run the cycle of test and learn.
- Oversee the execution of media activations, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the objectives.
- Evaluate agency performance regularly and provide feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
- Regular catch up with global team for information sharing.
Qualifications
- Minimum bachelor’s degree is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing from strategy development to execution, performance review. Pharmaceutical industry experience is plus.
- Experience of media agency management in terms of scope of work, agency fee, project timeline is required.
- Proficiency in data analysis and market research tools, such as website analytics, social listening tool, paid ad performance manager.
- Native level Japanese and strong business level English in both verbal and written.
