The position
As an MCE Manager, you will develop and execute a couple brand multichannel campaigns together with marketing team. Be responsible to improve existing channels such as email, social media, websites, and paid media as a business owner together with IT. You will also collaborate with data team to measure campaign effectiveness. More importantly, you will be able to work together with sales representatives specifically for MCE representatives to enhance Sales force effectiveness by working together to set annual goal.
Other tasks include, but are not limited to:
- Identify best channel mix for target customer segments and tailor engagement tactics accordingly and collaborate with marketing team to leverage digital channels and contents effectively for customer engagement.
- Use data analytics tools to extract meaningful insights and translate them into actionable recommendations.
- Coordinate with creative teams to develop compelling content and visuals for various channels.
- Collaborate with data analytics team to measure and evaluate campaign effectiveness, and make data-driven optimizations.
Qualifications
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing/digital marketing and customer insight analysis or other digital marketing/customer insight related experiences.
- Experience in developing and implementing multichannel marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in data analysis and market research tools is preferred.
- Fluent in oral and written Japanese and communicate level in English (both oral and written).
