About the department
The IT support department is providing IT infrastructure service, desktop support and DWP support as company IT expert, handling company mobile phone, PC distribution for employees who are joining and leaving the company, as well as oversee the overall IT operation activities. 

 

The position
As an IT Coordinator, you will have a great opportunity to gain a wide range of experience working on IT operations, including IT infrastructure, company mobile phone/PC equipment management, vendor handling of helpdesk user support/troubleshooting, and collaborating with local or global team. In this role, there will also be numerous opportunities to work across functions and cultures within the global team.
Other role expectations are:

  • Manage Digital Work Place (DWP) services and support.
  • Manage and develop help desk staff for DWP.
  • Ensure compliance with Novo Nordisk principles, business ethics, relevant Standard Operating Procedure(s) (SOPs) and legal laws.
  • Serve as the Kanban Champion for the Region (SME).
  • Manage AV Equipment resources. 


Qualifications

  • Must have a minimum of Bachelor's degree within Software Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, Business Administration, related field or equivalent job experience.
  • Experience in IT operations, with a total of 4-5 years of work. Experience in ITIL Foundations, Project Management or Agile are highly desirable.
  • Must have Project management and end-user management related experience in O365/M365. Other IT certifications (Microsoft, network, developer etc.) is preferable.
  • Native level of Japanese skills/Advanced level of English skills in writing and speaking. And must have excellent communication skills.
  • Must be able to demonstrate cultural awareness, be customer-oriented, passionate about technology, and possess a quality mindset. Display strong logical skills, readiness to learn, resilience, and flexibility. Be a result-oriented team player with technical understanding of IT hardware and systems, and a willingness to assume ownership.
