Job Title:  Financial Planning & Analysis Group Manager

The person in this position will be a leader, manager and developer of our Finance Planning & Analysis team.

In addition to managing your own team, you are also expected to be a reliable advisor to our executive management team.

The Position


Planning (Anchor Budget/Mid Term Planning and Rolling Estimates)

Plan and coordinate planning process and budget follow-up to secure adequate financial resources within a balanced budget and assist in the achievement of financial targets. Facilitate resource allocation discussion with management.


Management reporting

Ensure systems and records provide accurate and timely information on the regional financial performance and status as a basis for management decisions on strategy and operations – and deliver high quality and timely required management reporting including Monthly Management Report (MMR), Mid-Month Estimate (MME), and Risk Reporting.


Management of FP&A Group.

Lead, manage, and develop members of FP&A Group with strategic mindset. Translate departmental plans to operational goals and priorities to address operational challenges.


Finance management of the co-promotion partnership

Make sure the financial management of the co-promotion partnership (e.g. planning, tracking, and settlement) is flawlessly executed through supervising the process.






Must to have:


Bachelor’s degree or above

• Minimum 7 years of relevant work experience, either within Finance or Consulting

• Proven managerial and leadership skills

• Can manage and prioritize you and your team members’ workload in a fast-paced and occasionally ambiguous environment.

• Capability of financial analysis and understanding of management requirement to support decision making and target achievement

• Strong mind-set of understanding of market dynamics

•Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the ability to communicate with senior stakeholders. Japanese language skills are not mandatory but considered a strong advantage




Good to have:


• CPA and/or equivalent preferred

• Strong ERP systems experience, preferably in SAP.

• Advanced data analytics experience with large-scale data and reporting tools is a plus (e.g. SQL, Power BI, Alteryx, Qlik Sense)
