Are you passionate about logistics, digital solutions, and enabling operational excellence on the shopfloor? We are looking for a Site Area Responsible Super User (ARSU) to play a pivotal role in connecting local business needs with global SAP EWM governance. In this highly visible position, you will support process consistency, system adoption, continuous improvement, and operational performance at our Chartres production site. 

 

Your New Role

As a Site Area Responsible Super User (ARSU), you will serve as the preferred interface between field teams, business stakeholders, and the global SAP EWM network. You will ensure consistency of processes, proper use of the systems, and continuous improvement of operational practices.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating the Super User community and fostering collaboration between local and global stakeholders.
  • Representing the Chartres site in SAP EWM ARSU global forums and ensuring smooth communication between the site and the global network.
  • Supporting operational teams in resolving business incidents and ensuring that critical topics are escalated when necessary.
  • Ensuring the quality of user training, keeping local documentation up to date, and supporting the adoption of new functionalities.
  • Monitoring SAP EWM KPIs, participating in solution updates testing, supporting SAP/MES data exchanges, and acting as the primary point of contact for process confirmations within your scope.

This role sits at the intersection of business processes, IT systems, and change management. You will directly contribute to the site’s operational stability as well as to the evolution of SAP EWM solutions within the global network.

Global Manufacturing & Supply is responsible for producing high-quality products for millions of patients worldwide.

At the Chartres site, you will join a dynamic and collaborative environment where operational excellence, digital transformation, and continuous improvement are central. You will work closely with field teams, Super Users, Quality functions, IT Support teams, as well as with international counterparts. This role offers significant exposure to cross-functional projects and opportunities to influence both local performance and global SAP EWM initiatives.

 

Your skills and qualifications
We are looking for a profile that combines operational understanding, interest in information systems, and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.

To succeed in this role, you ideally have:

  • Experience in logistics activities within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of, or a strong interest in, tools such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP EWM, PAS-X, and process control systems.
  • Experience in user support, training, coordinating teams, or a key user/super user role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, as well as the ability to manage escalations appropriately.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a strong command of English.
  • Knowledge of French is an asset.

Salary: For this position, the annual base salary ranges from EUR 51,260 to EUR 82,020 in line with the job level. Placement in the salary grade will be assessed during the recruitment process, based on the candidate’s skills, experience, and relevant knowledge, as well as their aptitude.

Compensation and benefits: The total compensation package may include short-term and/or long-term incentives, as well as other benefits depending on the job level, location, activity, and relevant market references.
