Site Area Responsible Super User (ARSU) M/F
Chartres, Centre-Val de Loire, FR
Are you passionate about logistics, digital solutions, and enabling operational excellence on the shopfloor? We are looking for a Site Area Responsible Super User (ARSU) to play a pivotal role in connecting local business needs with global SAP EWM governance. In this highly visible position, you will support process consistency, system adoption, continuous improvement, and operational performance at our Chartres production site.
Your New Role
As a Site Area Responsible Super User (ARSU), you will serve as a key link between shopfloor teams, business stakeholders, and the global SAP EWM network. You will help ensure that systems, processes, and ways of working remain aligned while supporting operational stability and continuous improvement initiatives across the site.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the coordinator of Super Users and supporting collaboration between local and global stakeholders.
- Representing the Chartres site in global SAP EWM ARSU forums and ensuring effective communication across networks.
- Supporting operational teams by resolving business-related issues, escalating critical incidents when required, and contributing to system improvements.
- Driving the quality of end-user training, maintaining local documentation, and promoting the adoption of new releases and functional enhancements.
- Monitoring SAP EWM performance indicators, supporting data exchange processes, participating in testing activities, and acting as a key point of contact for process confirmations within your area.
In this role, you will operate at the intersection of business processes, technology, and change management, helping the site maintain efficient and reliable operations while contributing to the evolution of SAP EWM capabilities globally.
Your New Department
Global Manufacturing & Supply is responsible for producing high-quality products that reach millions of patients worldwide. At the Chartres site, you will join a collaborative and dynamic environment where operational excellence, digital transformation, and continuous improvement are central priorities.
You will work closely with shopfloor teams, Super Users, quality representatives, IT support functions, and global stakeholders. The position offers significant exposure to cross-functional collaboration and provides opportunities to influence both local site performance and global SAP EWM initiatives.
Your Skills and Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate who combines strong operational understanding with a passion for systems, collaboration, and continuous improvement. To succeed in this role, you should ideally bring:
- Experience within logistics operations in a manufacturing or production environment and an understanding of operational processes.
- Knowledge of, or strong interest in, systems such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP EWM, PAS-X, and related process control tools.
- Experience supporting users, delivering training, coordinating stakeholders, or acting in a key-user or Super User capacity.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues, recommend solutions, and manage escalation processes effectively.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to work across functions in an international environment and communicate fluently in English. French would be considered an advantage.
Additionally, we value individuals who demonstrate a strong service mindset, attention to detail, organisational skills, autonomy, and a proactive approach to supporting change and driving improvements.
