Our opportunity is based at the Chartres production site, which is undergoing a massive investment of 2.1 billion euros as part of a global program involving other sites worldwide.



The position:


As a Production Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful start-up of future production lines and associated equipment.


You will have a cross-functional position, collaborating with various project departments & Production sites


As a Production Engineer Project, your responsibilities will include:


  • Take responsibility of your work package area, to make global standards ready for best-in-class operations, collaborating with sister site colleagues and global project team. Become equipment and process operational expert for you work package area
  • Develop Job Instructions, VR(Virtual Reality) and AR (Augmented Reality) training and prepare training facility. Onboard, train and mentor new operational employees in the area
  • Challenge equipment design and develop global operational processes using process mapping, digital tools, and operational test runs. Analyse, assess and improve robustness of equipment and processes. E.q suggest changes and ensure improvement of non-robust-systems
  • Build equipment and process knowledge by participating in validation at vendor sites and global Novo Nordisk production sites
  • Enable fast ramp up ambitions at shopfloor & Run initial production during global ramp-up




  • You have an engineering degree (BAC +5)
  • You have experience in global collaboration and vendor interactions
  • You have strong communication and persuasion skills, particularly in English in an international environment.
  • You enjoy working in a multicultural team. You have an international mindset
  • You are a proven self-starter with drive, energy and able to manage and prioritize challenging multiple tasks


About the Departement :


As part of the “Fill and Finish Expansions” project, you will play a key role in the extension project at the Chartres site, aiming to double production capacity by 2028-2030 to provide innovative treatments to an increasing number of patients.
