Your new role
As Personal Assistant to the Site Head of Aseptic Manufacturing Chartres, you'll be the trusted partner who keeps a critical leadership team operating at peak performance. This isn't just calendar management—it's strategic coordination that directly impacts our ability to supply patients worldwide.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Acting as sparring partner and trusted advisor to the Site Head on both routine and highly confidential matters
- Coordinating calendars, meetings, and travel for the Site Head and Site Leadership Team (SLT)
- Leading informal coordination of the assistant network to standardize processes and share best practices
- Managing cross-site meeting optimization, performance board flows, and resource allocation
- Supporting VIP visits in collaboration with Communication & Public Affairs teams
- Overseeing SLT budget, expenses, and site vehicle fleet management
- Organizing service awards and retiree events twice yearly
- Providing critical administrative support during inspections and audits

At our Chartres production site, you'll support leadership at one of our most vital manufacturing facilities. You'll be positioned where decisions happen, working alongside a team committed to excellence in everything we do. As part of our broader assistant network, you'll contribute to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across the organization.
Your skills & qualifications
We're looking for an experienced Personal Assistant who combines impeccable organizational skills with business acumen and genuine discretion. You will bring:
- Office administration or relevant education, with preferred experience from similar positions (ideally within Novo Nordisk)
- English language skills are a pre-requisite; French proficiency is essential for this role
- Excellent IT skills with solid experience in Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Service-minded behavior with high business understanding and ability to handle confidential matters
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
- Well-structured approach, adaptability to change, and strong stress management abilities
