Our Department

 

You will join a team of 11 people within the Finished Products Reliability Engineering department. Our team is dynamic and focused on continuous improvement. We work closely together to analyze performance and maintenance data, implement reliability standards, and propose corrective actions. Working with us means contributing to the optimization of our processes and the operational performance of Novo Nordisk.

 

Role

  • Be the Line Reference for Maintenance Topics

Act as the point of contact for curative, preventive, and predictive maintenance;

Provide training and coaching for maintenance technicians;

Propose and validate all changes impacting the equipment;

Collaborate with various stakeholders on the lines;

Deploy and advocate for effective maintenance strategies while making autonomous decisions;

Work with the daytime technician to establish maintenance contracts with equipment manufacturers or suppliers.

 

  • Establish Maintenance Standards and Methods

Develop, update, challenge, and review maintenance procedures (FIT, MWD, risk analysis, etc.);

Draft SOPs and create a library of work procedures, ensuring precise documentation for frequent tasks;

Create and update maintenance plans in SAP.

 

  • Initiate and Participate in Projects

Bring expertise to complex projects;

Manage projects of low complexity;

Prepare and propose project ideas for your line;

Communicate and plan needs based on the PDP with the scheduler.

Participate in Tech group/improvement group and collaborate cross-functionally with counterparts from other sites;

Contact and manage suppliers during investigations or for line improvements.

 

  • Leverage Data from Reliability Engineers

Work daily in collaboration with the reliability engineer;

Implement action plans with the reliability engineer based on trend analyses and reviews to enhance equipment reliability;

Provide expertise for PM screening reviews and OPVSE evaluations;

Assist in risk preparation and assessment whenever needed.

 

  • Drive Continuous Improvement and Problem-Solving

Lead, define, and implement cLEAN best practices, processes, and procedures to improve operational performance and/or resolve issues;

Coach and assist teams in identifying and implementing improvement opportunities or problem resolutions;

Oversee quality system follow-up within maintenance teams (quality points, supplier complaints, etc.);

Supervise the identification, resolution, and closure of on-site deviations/investigations related to maintenance root causes;

Conduct technological monitoring and manage equipment obsolescence through asset management.

 

Required Qualities:

 

  • You hold a Bac+5 degree, such as an engineering school diploma or a master’s degree.
  • You have at least 5 years of professional experience in the industrial sector, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Rigorous and autonomous, you are an expert in maintenance topics related to production equipment.
  • You enjoy collaborative work and are recognized for your ability to interact effectively with all stakeholders to achieve shared project objectives.
  • You will work in an international environment, so a good level of English is essential.
