You will join the Diabetes GLP-1 Business Unit, a recently established ambitious and dynamic team that is looking to significantly expand and accelerate growth in 2022. This position will report to Diabetes GLP-1 Business Unit Director.

 

 

 

The Position

 

As an integral member of the field sales management team, you will manage a defined territory that covers Visayas and Mindanao and be based in Cebu.

 

Specific responsibilities include but not limited to:

 

  • Lead, inspire, coach, develop, monitor your team's performance, and motivate them to reach targets.
  • Oversee the activities of your team, grow business for Novo Nordisk, adhere to the company policies especially business ethics.
  • Lead the individual sales target in your assigned territory, reach the targets and goals set for your area.
  • Develop sales strategies and set targe, and collect customer feedback and market research while establishing, maintaining, and expanding your customer base.
  • Establish, maintain and expand your customer base, and increase business opportunities through various routes to market.

 

 

 

Qualifications

 

  • You completed a college degree preferably in Business or Science-related disciplines.
  • You have a proven track record in pharmaceutical sales and could lead a sales team in multi-channel sales environment. You offer a minimum of 3 years of experience as an Area Sales Manager (or of equivalent accountability) and at least 3 years of experience in people management.
  • Ability to speak the local dialect in Visayas and Mindanao, and ability to travel geographically within the defined territory are deemed required.
  • Knowledge or experience in cardio-metabolic therapeutic area or primary care and experience in product launch would be a considerable advantage.
  • You are proficient in MS Office applications and your English communication skills (both spoken and written) are excellent.
