Your new role

As Frontline Capability Partner you will partner with frontline leaders and business stakeholders to translate commercial priorities into practical people solutions.

 

Day-to-day you will:

 

  • Design and deliver capability interventions such as onboarding, role-based curricula, blended learning (workshops, e-learning, on‑the‑job tools), coaching programmes and manager enablement.
  • Lead launch readiness and go‑to‑market enablement for new products and major campaigns, including messaging, training, field coaching and post‑launch reinforcement.
  • Build and maintain competency frameworks and role profiles for sales, medical and other frontline roles; support performance calibration and assessment.
  • Use data and analytics to measure effectiveness (learning uptake, behaviour change, performance KPIs) and continuously improve programmes.
  • Coach and upskill frontline managers to drive coaching, performance conversations, talent development and employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with Learning & Development, Talent Management and People Operations to ensure seamless candidate selection, career paths and succession planning.

 

Your new department

You will join the P&O function supporting Novo Nordisk Egypt’s frontline organisation. The team focuses on capability, performance and engagement across all functions including sales, medical and market access to ensure we deliver sustainable commercial impact while adhering to regulatory and ethical standards.

 

Your skills & qualifications

You should bring:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organisational Psychology, Education or related field (Master’s or relevant certifications advantageous).
  • 5+ years’ experience in HR, L&D or capability building, with 2–3 years focused on frontline or commercial/sales team enablement in pharmaceutical, healthcare, FMCG or similarly regulated industries.
  • Hands‑on experience designing and delivering blended learning, onboarding, sales enablement, manager development and launch readiness.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate business strategy into people solutions.
  • Experience with learning technologies and LMS platforms, virtual facilitation tools and basic analytics/reporting.
  • Excellent facilitation, coaching, communication and influencing skills in English and Arabic.
  • Strong project management skills, attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced, matrix environment.
  • Integrity, high ethical standards and familiarity with industry compliance requirements.
  • As a person, you are a strategic professional with a sharp bias for action, excelling at stakeholder management and collaborative problem-solving. You are highly skilled in enabling teams through expert coaching and adult learning design to ensure high-impact results. Your adaptability and data-driven mindset allow you to navigate complex challenges with ease.
