In this role we are looking for someone that will be able to build sales capabilities and manages Insulin Team in order to reach and exceed targets according to the company’s internal procedures as well as legal regulation and assuring effective, ethical promotion of Novo Nordisk and its products while representing Novo Nordisk’s vision, values, commitments in the interactions with the internal/external stakeholders in line with business ethics.

 

The position

  • You will building and generate sustainable national sales and market shares by effective execution of plans and by maximal utilization of the existing business potential.
  • You are going to focus on the development of Sales Representatives.
  • We expect you to lead your colleagues, developing their selling competencies, and supervising the realisation of products and marketing
  • Based on market insights, you will contribute to the development of middle and long-term brand strategies.
  • You will also manage and develop the sales team for GLP 1 and represent Novo Nordisk visions, values, commitments to internal and external stakeholders as well as ensuring sales force acts in line with ethical standards, company procedures and Novo Nordisk Way of Management.

 

Qualifications and competencies:

  • You hold a University degree (preferably) related to natural science or health care.
  • You have good understanding of local pharmaceutical market.
  • You have several years of experience in people and sales management
  • If you have strong diabetes product portfolio experience.
  • Driving licence.
  • PC literacy, solid knowledge of MS Office.
  • Fluency in English and Hungarian
     

As a person you should be determined, goal driven, and have excellent people management and team building skills.

Coaching, and conflict management are abilities that you carry and enjoy doing.

Also, good selling, presentation, and communication are skills that you use on a daily basis. Ability to prioritize and time management will be needed and greatly appreciated.

The National Sales Manager will report directly to Business Unit Leader.
