The position
As a Business Development Manager Obesity, you will screen, identify, and open business opportunities with private sector partners and drive change in obesity treatment, enhancing better patient outcomes. Also you will develop new business models with private health insurance companies and network and influence key decision-makers in the private sector.
Your responsibilities included but not limited to:
- Build new competitive business development projects from start to finish.
- Develop and implement account-based action plans.
- Proactively engage in cross-functional collaboration.
- Challenge the status quo to improve patient journeys and experiences.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A Master’s degree in a relevant field (Medical/Pharmacist, Marketing, Business Management).
- A strong history of business understanding and successful sales/account management.
- Experience in building new therapy areas and innovative business models.
- Relevant work experience in public or private healthcare marketing/sales or private health insurance.
- Insights into the healthcare system, private market and pharmacy segment
- Experience with alliance management and B2B interactions is a benefit
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Integrity and strong ethics.
