The position


As a P&O Manager you will be part of the local Management Team but works also closely with P&O Managers in the countries in Business Area Europe East Large Markets. While your main responsibilities will develop and implement HR local strategy and initiatives aligned with the overall affiliate business strategy you will also initiate, coordinate, lead, plan, support critical initiatives to foster employee engagement and high-performance culture as well as diverse and inclusive work environment.


The job gives you a solid knowledge of acting as sparring partner and trusted advisor to the management team, but also facilitator, coach, change agent, supporting grow and development of all employees as well as entire organisation.


As a P&O Senior Manager your primary tasks will include:


  • Ensure that people managers and employees continuously growing and enhancing their capabilities and competences to support execution of organisation’s strategy.
  • Supporting the delivery of the people related processes throughout the full employee lifecycle
  • To plan, lead, execute and implement important change initiatives in area of people and organisation development
  • To secure that all personnel administrative routines and HR IT systems are effective and delivered on time
  • Working with regional office(s) and other relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth cooperation, information flow and implementation of the learnings and contribute with insights, ideas to P&O regional initiatives.



  • You hold an academic degree within Business or Human Resources
  • We imagine that you gained at least 8 years of experience in area of human resources including broad knowledge of all HR disciplines, profound coaching, facilitation, change and project management skills
  • You have the ability to understand the implication of business challenges and related strategies for the organisation and translate it into HR focus areas and initiatives

  • Bringing analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Able to combine attention to detail with big picture perspective
  • Comfortable to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organization including senior executives
  • Team player who is willing to pitch in and help wherever necessary
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Basic knowledge of the Romanian labour law and fluency in English and Romanian both written and spoken
