Your new role
As a Cardiometabolic Digital Brand Manager, your responsibility will be to develop and manage the brand's digital presence while creating and monitoring engaging digital content. Additionally, you will establish and maintain partnerships in the digital space, analysing media trends to identify opportunities, and implementing innovative digital marketing strategies that align with business goals.
Your Main Accountabilities will be:
- Develop and manage the brand's digital presence by building and sustaining visibility across emerging digital channels, while ensuring consistent and effective positioning in the public sphere.
- Create and monitor engaging digital content, focusing on digital launches and tracking their performance across various platforms to align with brand objectives.
- Establish and nurture relationships with digital partners to enhance brand visibility and capitalize on collaborative opportunities that strengthen the brand's reach.
- Analyze digital media trends by closely monitoring the landscape for patterns and opportunities that can improve our digital brand perception and increase audience engagement.
- Implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that are aligned with overall business goals, ensuring optimal reach and effective engagement with target audiences.
The role will be based in Bucharest, Romania and will report directly to the Marketing Manager.
Your new department

Your skills & qualifications
For this role, we are looking for someone with a bachelor’s or master’s degree. The successful candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on emerging digital channels and partnerships.
Additional qualifications:
- Proven track record in managing brand presence on digital emerging platforms such as websites and social media.
- Ability to develop engaging promotional content tailored for digital launches and develop brand perception on digital platforms.
- Expertise in creating and implementing social media strategies that align with overall marketing goals.
- Proficiency in identifying and cultivating strategic digital partnerships.
- Strong analytical skills to monitor and interpret digital media trends and performance metrics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey brand messages clearly and persuasively (fluent in English and Romanian).
