Your new role
As a Reliability Engineer for our syringe production lines, you'll be the technical backbone supporting shop floor teams to achieve exceptional equipment performance. Your focus will be on eliminating breakdowns, optimising reliability, and creating a culture of continuous improvement in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing technical support to technicians and supervisors on filling lines
- Optimising machine performance (efficiency, availability, breakdown reduction)
- Conducting RCM (Reliability‑Centered Maintenance) analyses and reliability initiatives
- Performing root cause and failure analyses (fishbone, structured brainstorming, supplier questioning, etc.)
- Implementing and monitoring corrective and preventive action plans (CAPA)
- Reviewing procedures and managing the CMMS (Computerised Maintenance Management System)
- Defining and tracking equipment reliability KPIs

Your Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (mechanical, electromechanical, maintenance) with expertise in industrial production equipment reliability
- Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in RCM, RCA, and maintenance management within an industrial environment (pharma, chemical, food industry, or similar)
- Knowledge of CMMS systems and the ability to structure maintenance data to optimise asset management
- Strong teaching and leadership skills, with the ability to coach and train technical teams in reliability methodologies
- Good command of French and English
