Your new role
As our Patient Journey Manager, you will play a central role in designing, implementing, and optimising patient activation and engagement strategies, with a strong focus on digital innovation. You will work cross-functionally with Medical, Commercial, Market Access, Public Affairs & Communications, and external partners to ensure that people living with obesity, diabetes, or other chronic conditions receive the right support at the right moment in their journey.
You will be a key driver in building seamless, impactful, and data-driven patient experiences, ensuring that our initiatives are clinically accurate, compliant, and aligned with market needs.
Your main responsibilities will be to:
- Develop and implement patient activation strategies that increase empowerment, engagement, and patient flow—leveraging innovative digital tools and channels.
- Lead disease awareness campaigns, ensuring scientific accuracy, compliance, and close collaboration with Medical, Public Affairs & Communications, and Marketing teams. Create and maintain Pharmacy Engagement Strategies, building sustainable collaboration models and tailored activation plans.
- Coordinate cross-functional project teams and manage external agencies to ensure alignment and timely delivery of patient initiatives. Apply Agile methodologies to streamline workflows, enhance referral pathways, and accelerate time to diagnosis and treatment.
- Monitor and evaluate project performance, using insights and analytics to continuously optimise patient experiences and improve impact. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, aligning activation strategies with overarching business and medical priorities.
- Drive the development and continuous improvement of consumer-facing digital solutions (apps, websites, platforms), ensuring user acquisition, engagement, and retention. Ensure patient-facing solutions reflect the highest standards of ethical, medical, and regulatory compliance.

Your skills & qualifications
To succeed in this role, you bring:
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree
- Full professional proficiency in English and Slovak is essential.
- 4–5 years of experience in patient activation, digital engagement, media campaigns, or FMCG/OTC product activation.
- Proven track record managing media planning, digital content execution, and cross-channel activation campaigns.
- Experience working with or managing pharmacies, including pharmacy engagement strategies or pharmacy-driven activations.
- Experience coordinating consumer-facing digital solutions (apps, websites, platforms) with a focus on user acquisition and retention.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams, especially with Marketing, Medical, Market Access, and Public Affairs.
- Experience in patient journey mapping, chronic disease management (obesity, diabetes), or healthcare ecosystem navigation is considered a plus.
