The Position
As a Key Account Manager you will deliver on given sales targets & marketing objectives, develop & manage long term relationships with the clients. You will represent Novo Nordisk Way, values, commitments in the daily conduct with the internal/external stakeholders.
Your main accountabilities will be:
- Ensure territory sales, make, and execute territory plan.
- Analyse and diagnose territory, execute according to marketing strategy.
- Conduct customer contacts, build effective relationships with assigned customers, provide customers with information on our products, devices and indications and ensure consistent follow up.
- Participate in and contribute effectively to regional meetings, national conferences, other NN meetings and cross functional collaboration.
- Liaising with colleagues including Sales, Marketing, Market Access and CMR to maximise the sales of NN products.
Qualifications

To be successful, you must be able to demonstrate your experience of developing strong relationships with key stakeholders at the highest decision-making level leading to mutually successful outcomes. The ability to develop and implement account specific strategies. To be effective in this role you will have entrepreneurial drive, a curious mind and tenacity. You will demonstrate a history of working within a target driven environment with a proven track record of meeting / exceeding targets. You are proactive and accountable, with a clear drive for delivery of your plan.
You will also have:
- At least 5 years of experience in medical sales.
- University degree, preferably related to natural science or health care.
- Strong exposure to creating and developing client relationships and a proven track record in new business sales success.
- Outstanding Key Account Management and business planning skills.
- Exceptional commercial acumen, ability to manager customer relationships at all levels within your locality.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluent slovak language.
- Driving licence.
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
