The position
As our Project Manager you will be coordinating of fulfillment of project objectives, adhering to cost, schedule and quality expectations.
Your other responsibilities will be:
· proceed according to valid documentation, conform to relevant GMP requirements
· proceed according to the supervisors instruction and conform the internal policies
· conform to the rules of health and safety at work, environmental health and safety and fire protection
· maintain the required qualification, participate in initial and recurrent training and re-training
· actively handle requirements of internal and external customer
Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical or other highly regulated industries, with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
· Master’s degree required; project management certifications (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2) are highly advantageous
· Proven experience in coordinating and managing both projects and teams from initiation to successful completion
· Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, or Kanban
· Ability to prepare, structure, and present detailed project proposals and implementation plans
· Proficiency in Microsoft Project and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel are essential
· Fluency in both Czech and English is required
