Junior Project Manager

The position

As our Manufacturing Project Professional, you will support administrative tasks, project launch activities, and the preparation of key presentations to ensure smooth execution and alignment across teams.

Your other responsibilities will be:

·       Support the administration and maintenance of the project portfolio plan in collaboration with the Head of PMO.

·       Prepare presentations and supporting materials for Steering Committee meetings, including detailed notes.

·       Coordinate with Finance and Purchasing departments to ensure accurate and timely project-related documentation.

·       Provide full administrative support to the Project Management Office (PMO).

·       Promote and support the use of project management methodologies and standards across the organization.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

·       Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally within the pharmaceutical or other highly regulated industry.

·       Bachelor’s degree required; relevant certifications in project management or related fields are an advantage.

·       Proven track record in managing and coordinating multiple projects from initiation through to completion.

·       Proficiency in Microsoft Project and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel are essential.

·       Fluency in both Czech and English is required.
