The position:

The Sustainability lead will hold key responsibilities for implementing, managing and driving affiliate-wide sustainability tactics. Responsible for aligning the sustainability strategy with local business priorities. Leads the global implementation of given projects from the global portfolio such as: Defeat Diabetes, Cities Changing Diabetes, UNICEF Partnership, Circular 4 Zero and Take Action



  • Lead implementation of the program within the Circular4Zero ambition.
  • Implement strategies, activities, trainings, to reduce the impact of our lifestyle on the environment.
  • Serve as active point of contact with local partners at UNICEF in Colombia, both on the programmatic and communications side.

  • Preferably a Master’s Degree (preferably within a management/social sciences/economics/journalism & media discipline) Bachelor’s degree mandatory.
  • 5+ years of experience in sustainability areas.
  • Knowledge gained by sustainability position with managerial level experience and ability to work within a cross functional team.
  • Direct experience required in at least two of the areas (and exposure in other areas desired)
    • Sustainability
    • Corporate social responsibility
  • High level of English is required.
