Your new role
As a Strategic Pricing & INCO Manager, you will:

Develop and Implement Strategy: Develop and implement local pricing and contracting strategies, ensuring alignment with affiliate, regional, and global frameworks.

Financial Modelling & Analysis: Build robust financial models for decision-making (e.g., net price, scenario analysis, tender simulations) and monitored pricing and regulatory changes.

Pricing Governance & Submissions: Prepare and submit pricing cases according to regional/global SOPs and ensured adherence to Novo Nordisk's governance and ethical standards.

Innovative Contracting: Identify, develop and implement innovative contracting models (e.g., outcomes, volume, risk-sharing) in partnership with key stakeholders.

Cross-functional Leadership: Lead cross-functional groups to design pricing and contracting solutions and ensure integrated planning with Market Access, Marketing, Sales, and Finance.

Market Access Advocacy: Act as an advocate for pricing and market access excellence, supporting commercial and market access negotiations with payers and government entities.
Your new department
You will be part of the Market Access Commercial & Pricing department in Colombia. Our team is dedicated to ensuring patient access to innovative therapies by developing and executing comprehensive market access strategies. We work collectively with payers, healthcare decision-makers, and cross-functional teams to design pricing and reimbursement solutions that align with Novo Nordisk’s mission and values. The atmosphere is dynamic, collaborative, and purpose-driven, with a focus on creating value for patients and stakeholders.
Your skills and qualifications
We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:
- Must-Have Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Engineering, Business Administration, Pharmacy, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in pricing/contracting/market access within the pharmaceutical industry or a highly-regulated field.
- Expertise in financial modelling (ROI, net price, scenario analysis) and managing the gross-to-net calculation.
- Advanced/Fluid English proficiency for all business communications and interviews enabling communication and negotiation skills, capable of presenting regulatory status updates.
- Strong understanding of Colombia’s pharmaceutical pricing and reimbursement environment.
- Experience leading cross-functional collaboration and adherence to SOPs and governance.
- Nice-to-Have Skills
- A background specifically in the pharmaceutical industry (though other industries are considered).
- Experience with the entire portfolio (retail, trade) is a plus, though the focus is on strategic market access.
