Your new role

As a Quality Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of reimagining how we approach quality management at a pivotal time for our organization. With product distribution models evolving and technology reshaping our possibilities, you'll play a critical role in making our quality processes more agile, cost-effective, and innovative.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Driving the transformation and simplification of our quality management system, exploring innovative approaches and digital solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Leading technology-linked quality initiatives that streamline processes and reduce complexity while maintaining our uncompromising standards
  • Supporting CCA (Corrective and Preventive Action) audits, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement across operations
  • Collaborating across all organizational levels to deliver training, implement process improvements, and build quality capabilities
  • Acting as a business partner to stakeholders, balancing quality requirements with business agility and operational efficiency
  • Ensuring adherence to pharmaceutical regulations, medical device standards, and internal compliance requirements
  • Championing a culture of quality that embraces change, innovation, and continuous learning

Your skills & qualifications

We're looking for a quality professional who thrives in dynamic environments and sees technology as an opportunity, not a challenge. You'll bring with you:

  • Degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry (Químico Farmacéutico) (mandatory)
  •  Intermediate English proficiency (mandatory)
  • Minimum  3 years of experience in Quality functions within pharmaceutical or medical device industries
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all organizational levels
  • Flexibility and adaptability – you're energized by change and ready to embrace new ways of working
  • Self-management and proactive mindset, with a business partner attitude that balances quality with operational needs
  • Strong ethical foundation and commitment to compliance in all aspects of work
  • Experience in a multinational environment (desirable)
  • SAP proficiency (highly desirable)
  • Experience with medical device certifications (desirable)
