Your new role
As the National Commercial Manager, you will design and implement the national commercial strategy aligned with corporate objectives and business goals. You will define tactical, and execution plans for the institutional channel, retail/private channel, and pharmacies.
In addition, you will:
- Analyse market trends and competitive dynamics to propose growth actions.
- Lead, develop, and motivate the national team of institutional and private Key Account Managers (KAMs).
- Manage the extended pharmacy sales force, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives and execution excellence.
- Strengthen strategic relationships with EPS, IPS, distributors, retail chains, pharmacies, and wholesalers.
- Negotiate commercial agreements, discounts, promotions, and strategic conditions to ensure profitable growth.
- Establish clear KPIs by channel, territory, and team, and conduct periodic follow-ups.
- Oversee the implementation of promotional plans in trade marketing and point of sale.
- Propose improvements to commercial processes, forecasting, and key account.

The position is based in Colombia within our Commercial Market Access team. Your skills & qualifications
We are looking for a candidate with a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Economics, or related fields and a minimum 7 years of experience in commercial roles in Pharma or Consumer Health.
Furthermore, you have:
- Proven experience leading KAMs or national-level commercial teams.
- Knowledge of institutional and private/retail channels and point-of-sale operations.
- Advanced leadership, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills
- Fluent English, both written and spoken
- Experience negotiating with EPS, IPS, pharmacy chains, and wholesalers and strong understanding of financial analysis and commercial models
- A customer-centric mindset with a focus on creating solutions that improve patient access and value for the healthcare system
