Position Description
As a Business Finance Coordinator at Novo Nordisk, you will:

  • Support the Finance Planning Manager in delivering the annual budgeting process (AB), rolling estimations (REx), and year-end landing with accurate and timely financial reporting processes, including MMR, oNNe F&O Follow-up Report, and sales-related costs.
  • Ensure high-quality data to develop meaningful business plans aligned with strategic and company objectives. Maintain financial reporting data structures to ensure compliance with current and future business needs.
  • Follow up closely on the LoB P&L regarding sales and operating costs (TOC) and manage budgets accurately.
  • Support the data-driven culture by promoting the usage and co-creation of digital tools and sharing holistic insights.
  • Assist in the implementation of financial/business projects and provide recommendations to facilitate decision-making processes.

 

Required Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate who meets the following qualifications:
Need to have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or a related field.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English.
  • 4-6 years of previous experience in a similar position, with proven experience as a Finance Partner.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI).

Nice to have:

  • Background in the pharmaceutical industry/life sciences/medical devices, as well as experience with SAP in the FI module or with Planning Analytics (TM1, Cognos).
