The Insulin Sales team in Novo Nordisk Indonesia consists of highly driven people who are passionate about changing diabetes and in close collaboration with other internal stakeholders. We educate our customers on our products and more importantly the disease area. The position
As a Product Specialist, you are the frontline interface with healthcare professionals who discuss the benefits and features of Novo Nordisk’s products. You have a designated territory to oversee the financial and non-financial targets of your assigned territory.

Other role tasks include, but are not limited to:

  • Conducting a territory business plan, suggesting and discussing relevant action plans with your manager, and implementing the action plan in collaboration with marketing and colleagues within the function to drive the overall financial and non-financial performance of your assigned territory.
  • Maintaining up-to-date information on customers and the market landscape and reporting all the information into the company’s system on time.
  • Actively participating in exhibitions, symposiums, and congresses as needed to drive high awareness of disease management and knowledge of products among healthcare professionals and strengthen customer relationships.

 

Qualifications

  • Hold a minimum bachelor’s degree with a strong interest in Sales.
  • Experience as a Sales professional at a Pharmaceutical company (preferably in a Multinational Company) with a minimum of 2 years of experience and knowledge in the market in Bengkulu & Lubuk Linggau area.
  • Knowledgeable (expertise is advantageous) with products that need strong concepts (e.g., Diabetes/Hypertension/Cardiovascular) and know how to convey products to stakeholders.
  • Have a strong ethical conduct sense, a high degree of self-drivenness, and a desire to influence.
