The Position

 

As our Medical Sales Representative you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our products. You'll be at the forefront, executing targeted visits, organizing impactful educational events, and representing our innovations at prestigious medical conferences. Your focus on building lasting customer connections and upholding ethical standards will be key to achieving our sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute planned visits to targeted groups, aligning sales strategies with marketing objectives
  • Organize and deliver compelling promotional and educational events on product advancements and disease management
  • Showcase our products at medical events, identifying and seizing high-potential sales opportunities
  • Cultivate strong, enduring relationships with healthcare professionals to foster loyalty and trust
  • Provide tailored medical information and services that meet the unique needs of each customer, ensuring exceptional service delivery

 

Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate who can bring the following qualifications and skills to the table:

  • University degree in Medicine, Pharmacy or Dentistry
  • First experience within pharmaceutical sales is desirable
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong sense of responsibility
  • Proactive and results-oriented mindset  
  • Fluency in Serbian and English
