The position
As a Medical Representative, you will play a vital role in promoting Novo Nordisk’s products and building lasting relationships with healthcare professionals within Lebanon.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Develop and implement territory business plans to achieve sales goals.
- Analyze sales data to identify opportunities and tailor sales calls to healthcare provider needs.
- Prepare monthly visit plans for optimal territory coverage.
- Effectively promote Novo Nordisk products to ensure physician and pharmacist awareness, while maintaining strong relations.
- Monitor competitors, attend local conferences, and educate healthcare professionals on Novo Nordisk products.
Qualifications
We are looking for a motivated and proactive individual with the following qualifications:
- BS in Pharmacy or Doctorate in Pharmacy/PharmD
- Eager to kick-start your career in pharmaceutical sales or bring your sales experience to a meaningful, purpose-driven role
- Excellent communication and impactful presentation skills
- Proactive mindset with a can-do attitude
- Collaborative team player who thrives in group settings
- Curious and committed to continuous learning
- Strong problem-solver with a hands-on approach
- Sharp analytical thinking to support sound decision-making
- Skilled at building and nurturing lasting professional relationships
- Fluent Arabic and strong English language skills
