Key responsibilities 重要职责

  • Define, develop and shape the obesity market in China via leading well-defined Region China obesity strategy and well-orchestrated cross-functional execution of the strategy.
  • Achieve obesity business targets through setting strategic direction, building an effective organization, defining go-to-market model and managing marketing and sales channels etc.
  • Develop obesity product launch plan  and lead obesity world class launch through excellent cross-functional collaboration with Region China ET, IO-SO and global obesity product team.
  • Facilitate and align with key stakeholders in market shaping, HCPs and policy markers’ activation, patient activation etc. for obesity, and orchestrate obesity resources in key functions to set clear priorities and working approach.
  • Build obesity business unit with strong talents and define & develop capabilities of commercial excellence.
  • Build strong engagement with Novo Nordisk customers and other external stakeholders orchestrate cross functional initiatives and act as one in the face of NN customers)


Knowledge, skills and experience 知识、技能和经验

  • Successful experience in complex marketing management (experience in business unit management is an advantage)
  • Successful experience in new product launch
  • Successful experience in managing large sales force
  • Knowledge in digital marketing, digital eco systems, multichannel sales and marketing
  • Strategic, creative and out of box thinker
  • Effective communication by written and spoken English language
  • Minimum Bachelor´s Degree in Business Administration / Economics / Marketing. MBA is an advantage.

Experience 经验

  • Minimum 15 years experience in pharmaceutical or related business
  • Minimum 5 years experience in Business Unit management
