Key responsibilities

 

  1. Product Supply from IO and Distribution management to Secure product supply for all hospitals and Retail pharmacy stores, which including PS planning, Distributor system management, logistic and quality management, and commercial operation management.
  2. Provincial Bidding, VBP and Hospital listing, to secure winning the provincial bidding with good price, earlier bidding for new launches, engaging bidding officials for VBP, as well as enhance company hospital listing capability via leveraging distributors’ strength.

 

  1. CME sales, Own the business of retail pharmacy, broad market and PHI (primary health institution); and continuously identify new ways to expand patient access of NN products  for lower tier broad market.  

 

  1. People development: develop a professional, transparent and high performance team. To build up a team with strong accountability, professional, winning and compliance team.

 

  1. Team player and Cross function to support company to achieve China Strategy

 

Knowledge, skills and experience

 

  • Fluent in both writing and speaking Chinese and English
  • Bachelor or master in business or relevant area
  • Commercial business (Sales and, or Marketing, market access, commercial) Experience in pharmaceutical industry for more than 15 years
  • management of a big team, with high level of business complexity
  • Leadership to work alongside with team and to achieve success with people
  • Strategic thinking and effective communication
