Key responsibilities 重要职责

 

  • Product Supply and Demand Management: Lead end-to-end product supply planning, risk assessment and mitigation plan to balance supply and demand, as well as execution of Sale & Operations Execution (S&OE) process.
  • Product Project Management and Coordination: Take full ownership of developing and executing supply chain solutions for product-related projects initiated by RA, IO/GMS (incl. Site Tianjin), including lifecycle management, regulatory changes, and other strategic initiatives.
  • New Product Launch: Lead end-to-end supply chain planning and execution for new product launches, driving excellent commercial execution.
  • Risk Management and Compliance: Assess and manage supply chain risks to ensure compliance with regulations and development of contingency plans to mitigate potential risks.
  • HQ Supply Strategy Project Coordination: Work as an interface between MLC supply chain and IO/GMS related project. Establish different work streams with cross- functional teams to facilitate HQ project execution and localization.
  • Process Improvement and Optimization: Identify areas for improvement within the supply chain and implement corresponding actions to enhance efficiency and resilience of supply chain.

 

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s degree or above majored in supply chain, engineering, statistics, finance or other relevant areas.
  • 7+ years analysing, forecasting or supply chain experience, pharmaceutical companies preferred
  • Comprehensive Supply Chain Knowledge: Understanding of supply chain management and value chain flows with strategic thinking to improve supply processes.
  • Strong Analytical Skills: The ability to analyze complex data and have insight into sales trends to make informed decisions for effective supply chain management.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication with internal and exter-nal stakeholders to deliver projects on time.
  •  Problem-Solving Abilities: The capability to identify issues, develop and implement effective and feasible solutions to address supply chain challenges.
  • Fluent English speaking and writing skill
