The position

•    Supply and Demand Management : Responsible for product supply planning, risk as-sessment and mitigation plan to balance supply and demand, as well as execution of local S&OE processes.
•    Product Project Management and Coordination: Develop and execute supply chain solutions for product related projects initiated by RA, IO/PS including Site Tianjin, such as life cycle management, regulation changes, etc.
•    New Product Launch: Responsible for new product launch supply chain planning and execution to deliv-er commercial launch.

•    Risk Management  and Compliance: Assess and manage supply chain risks to ensure compliance with regulations and development of contingency plans to mitigate potential risks.
•    HQ Supply Strategy Project Coordination : Work as an interface between MLC supply chain and IO/PS related project. Establish different work streams with cross- functional teams to facilitate HQ project execution and localization.
•    Process Improvement and Optimization: Identify areas for improvement within the supply chain and implement corresponding actions to enhance efficiency and resilience of supply chain.

 

Qualifications

•    Bachelor degree or above majored in supply chain, engineering, statistics, finance or other relevant area.
•    Minimum 5-7 years of supply chain experience, and 3 years in analysing, forecasting or planning experience; pharmaceutical companies preferred.
•    Comprehensive Supply Chain Knowledge: Understanding of supply chain management and value chain flows with strategic thinking to improve supply processes. 

•    Strong Analytical Skills: The ability to analyze complex data and have insight into sales trends to make informed decisions for effective supply chain management.
•    Excellent Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders to deliver project on time.
•    Problem-Solving Abilities: The capability to identify issues, develop and implement effective and feasible solution to address supply chain challenges.

•    Fluent English speaking and writing skill.
