About the position

To support brand planning and marketing tactics development, coordinating and executing all marketing activities to maximize short and long term sales volume and profits.

1.     Assist in develop brand plan to achieve business objectives:

•      Participate in developing the strategic product plan and marketing strategy.

•      Monitor the local competitive environment to identify business threats/opportunities and provide inputs to the development of business plan/strategy.

•      Monitor and implement marketing activities to drive sales growth and achieve target.

•      Be responsible of band Project to increase brand awareness and SOV in the market.

•      Independently manage budgets by projects to help improving business effectiveness.

As owner of promotional materials to develop and update promotional materials for each cycle.

2.     Communication with different stakeholders to achieve brand objectives:

•      Develop good communication with internal/external stakeholders to ensure the effective implementation of marketing strategy and national marketing events.

•      Establish good relationship with internal/external stakeholders, and medical associations.

Understand key customers’ needs, maintain and establish good relationship with national opinion leaders and key customers Provide ad-hoc support to sales organization in fulfilling brand objectives.

The Requirement

•      Bachelor or Master degree

•      Demonstrate a solid understanding of market, product knowledge and key customer.

•      Demonstrate ability to implement marketing projects in innovative way.

•      Good communication skills in cross functional cooperation.
